Methods of Payment Accepted

You may pay fines, court costs, and restitution online by credit or debit card here. To pay in person or by mail you may pay by certified check, cash, money order, or personal check. You may also pay in person by cash; please do not send cash by mail. Bond must be paid in cash. Any check returned for insufficient funds must be redeemed in cash and will be subject to a processing fee.

The Municipal Court Docket is being continuously updated and may not show recent additions or changes. If you have any questions about the docket please call the Municipal Court Clerk’s Office at 304-348-8079.

Municipal Courtroom Doors open and Court begins promptly 3:00 p.m. Failure to appear may result in a capias, and your driver's license may be suspended
